Description of Service

Warmstart provides AI-powered browser agents that create synthetic user activity on your product for demo, staging, and testing purposes. Our service includes:

• Generation of synthetic user personas with unique identities
• Automated browser sessions using Playwright
• Session recordings, screenshots, and activity logs
• Scheduling and management of synthetic user activity

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Warmstart only for:

• Demo and staging environments you own or have permission to use
• Testing and QA purposes on your own products
• Investor demonstrations of your product
• Internal training and onboarding

You agree NOT to use Warmstart to:

• Generate fake engagement metrics to deceive users or investors
• Attack, overload, or interfere with third-party services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Create synthetic activity on platforms you do not own without permission

Synthetic Data Labeling

All synthetic users created by Warmstart are labeled with a label_synthetic: true flag. You are responsible for ensuring synthetic activity is appropriately filtered from production analytics and metrics.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Limitation of Liability

Warmstart is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
